Backorders:
Items that cannot be filled within 3 business days will be cancelled. We suggest finding an alternate item and placing it with your next order. To check stock before ordering call customer service.
Returns:
To quickly process your return you will need to call 800-338-5948. Please have your order number available.
Our customer support representatives will provide you with a call tag number which must be written clearly on the return packaging. Please include a copy of your original packing list with your return package. Return authorization requests should be made within 10 days of the invoice date.
If your order was shipped by UPS, our customer support representative will contact UPS. They will arrive within 5 to 7 days to pick up the merchandise. If your order was shipped by common carrier, or one of our trucks our customer support representatives will schedule a truck to pickup the return.
Returns are broken down into two categories. Company error, ( includes mfg's defect or damaged goods) and Customer Error. Company Error, these products are returnable within 25 days and will be credited 100% of the invoiced amount. After 25 days returns will not be accepted.
Customer Error- You will be responsible for the cost of the call tag and any of the original shipping costs. Orders returned within 25 days will be credited 100% of the invoiced amount. After 25 days returns will not be accepted.
General Return Policy Notes:
All dates are from the date of the invoice. We will not accept for credit the return of merchandise unless authorized. Defective merchandise which is under manufacturer's warranty must be returned directly to the manufacturer
. Please DO NOT ship returns freight collect, the warehouse will refuse these shipments.
Our official policy on the return of food items: No food items (including drug related products) will be accepted back into our distribution centers. This is to prevent any potential issues with product tampering or a shortened spoilage dates. Our overall goal is the safety of our customers.
Credits:
Credits are processed within 24 hours of merchandise being received in our warehouse. All products must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.

Many of the furniture products in our catalog are shipped un-assembled. If you need assistance in finding a qualified furniture installer in your area please call our customer service dept.
